Pre-feasibility

Pre-feasibility is the first step in the process. During this stage, our team works with the client to determine multiple ideas that may be ideal to consider for feasibility. At the conclusion a report is sent to the agency with a recommendation on the ideal idea to consider for feasibility.  Timeline is less than 30 days

Feasibility

Feasibility is the second step in the process and the most complex. Our team works with the client to identify if the idea is feasible through a multitude of assessments. At the conclusion of the report our team will recommend if the plan is feasible or if there are other options that are more suited for the client.  Timeline is less than 90 days

business plan

The business plan is the final step where we finalize the marketing plan, the financials and the start-up costs. The client is required to sign off on the plan before it is sent to the agency. Timeline is less than 30 days.
